Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute lateral hiring strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in lateral hiring, corporate recruitment, or technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian IT market trends and industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
