Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end non-tech hiring for our India operations. The role involves handling recruitment across a wide range of functions, ensuring smooth and timely closures, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, build robust talent pipelines, and contribute to improving overall hiring effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment cycle for India-based non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Support, Finance etc.) including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key/recurring roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture. Act as a trusted advisor to drive efficient hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop innovative sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and diversity hiring practices tailored for non-tech functions.
  • Market Insights: Track India talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Share insights to help business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and closure timelines. Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end non-tech hiring in India (experience across sales, support, operations, Marketing, Finance or corporate functions preferred).
  • Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
