This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation—Big 4–CPA or public company–experience preferred—who can operate in a structured, deadline-driven environment and contribute to both reporting accuracy and business insights.

What You’ll Do

• Support and execute the monthly close process with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP and aligned with reporting standards
• Partner on forecasting and budgeting to improve financial visibility and planning accuracy
• Assist with the annual audit, including preparation of financial statements and footnotes
• Analyze expense and revenue variances and provide insights to leadership
• Oversee and improve customer billing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency

What You Bring

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• CPA (or on track) strongly preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP; exposure to SOX/internal controls is a plus
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving processes and reducing risk
