Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling healthcare-related job openings across the US market.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Physicians, Allied Healthcare professionals, and other medical staff for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding client requirements and healthcare staffing needs for the US market.

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screening resumes and assessing candidates qualifications, certifications, experience, and work eligibility.
• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Verifying licenses, certifications, references, and compliance documents.
• Maintaining regular follow-ups with candidates and building long-term professional relationships.
• Ensuring timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Promoting the company’s reputation as a preferred healthcare staffing partner.

Desired Skills

• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (1–5 years preferred).
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes and healthcare job roles.
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Understanding of US work authorization types, tax terms, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
