Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
