Job Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through field activities and local outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Coordinate with local communities and candidate networks.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel within Bangalore.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
