Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in permanent and contract hiring across the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for diverse technology roles, managing high-volume requirements, and closing positions within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Handle contract staffing requirements, including C2H, T&M, and short-term project-based hiring.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both permanent and contract needs.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive quick closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring metrics in the ATS.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track market trends, rate cards, and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, including contract hiring.
- Strong exposure to hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Proven experience in high-volume contract staffing and quick turnarounds.
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portal usage.
- Strong negotiation and closure skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics.
- Understanding of compliance, documentation, and contract hiring norms.
