Key Daily Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Searching professional networks (like LinkedIn) and job boards for talent, then reviewing resumes to match requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Communicating with applicants to schedule phone, virtual, or in-person interviews and managing logistics.
- Database Management: Updating and organizing candidate profiles, applicant statuses, and notes in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Communication: Sending application updates, interview confirmations, and follow-up emails.
