Role: Talent Acquisition Intern – Corporate Hirin

)About the Role
:We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Corporate Hiring team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, is comfortable with a high volume of calls, and can drive recruitment processes with strong follow-ups and coordination. The individual will support hiring across functions such as Business Development, MIS, HR, Finance, Marketing, Non-Operations, and other corporate teams
.Key Responsibilities
- :Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding/joining
- .Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- .Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and availability
- .Manage a high volume of candidate calls and follow-ups to ensure timely movement across stages
- .Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panels
- .Regularly follow up with candidates post-interview and post-offer to ensure maximum offer-to-joining conversion
- .Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- .Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS
- .Support offer rollout, documentation follow-ups, and onboarding coordination until the candidate joins
- .Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure roles are closed within defined timelines
.Who should apply
- :Final year students / recent graduates / postgraduates in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- .Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- .Comfortable with calling and candidate coordination as a major part of the role
- .High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- .Strong follow-up and execution mindset
- .Prior internship or exposure in recruitment/HR would be an added advantage
