Overview The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist partners with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate end to end hiring and onboarding across experienced/lateral, internal, and campus recruiting. The role safeguards process quality and control standards while driving continuous improvement to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the hiring lifecycle for candidates, from interview scheduling through onboarding for successful hires across experienced/lateral, internal, and campus channels.
2. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely, accurate progression of candidates and a seamless Day 1 readiness.
3. Review recruiter work products for quality and control adherence, validating eligibility checks prior to Referral Award approval.
4. Identify and implement process improvement solutions that elevate the global TA Support and streamline end to end operations.
Qualifications
1. Experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support.
2. Strong attention to detail with a controls mindset; ability to validate documentation and compliance steps.
3. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills; proactive problem solver focused on continuous improvement.
