* Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (mandatory Cairo ) non it & BPO Hiring

* Strong sourcing and recruitment skills


Role Highlights:


End-to-end recruitment across various roles and departments

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and networking

Coordinating interviews, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth hiring process

Maintaining candidate pipelines and daily recruitment reports

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs


What Were Looking For:

Experience in end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT/BPO – depending on your focus)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Immediate availability to join

Prior agency or in-house recruitment experience preferred
