Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT, non-IT, and other industries through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in contract hiring or C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model.
- Strong understanding of domestic staffing industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
