Key Responsibilities And Duties
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques to maintain a robust pipeline.
- Financial Services Focus: Understand the nuances of financial hiring to identify candidates for complex roles within the US market.
- Process & Quality Adherence: Follow defined recruitment processes, ensuring high data accuracy within Workday ATS.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, Hiring Managers, and the Global Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements and meet performance SLAs.
- Goal Orientation: Consistently meet or exceed volume-based hiring targets and team goals on a recurring basis.

Required Skills:
- 6+ years of full recruitment lifecycle experience in US markets.
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment successfully.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of or experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Experience recruiting for financial services, Wealth Management, or FinTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, EAD, GC, Citizens).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
