Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Spa Manager will oversee membership sales and daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and team performance. Responsibilities include membership sales, managing spa staff, maintaining effective scheduling, fostering positive client relationships, and achieving financial goals. Additionally, the Spa Manager will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and clients.

• Proficiency in Spa Management and oversight of spa personnel and operations

• Experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of operations effectively
