Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support our financial planning and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in financial reporting, strong data visualization expertise (Power BI and Tableau), and practical experience working with leading ERP systems—such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge finance and technology, deliver actionable insights, and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc analyses for leadership review.
- Develop, enhance, and automate financial reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Conduct complex data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, validate, and interpret data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the integration of AI or automation tools within the financial function.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Present findings and insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience as a financial analyst or similar role, with demonstrated advancement in responsibilities.
- Advanced proficiency with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Expertise with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
