Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation, while managing case files and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
- Manage litigation case files and maintain accurate records.
- Review and summarize medical records, bills, and damages.
- Coordinate depositions, IMEs, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Prepare trial exhibits, binders, and witness materials.
- E-file documents with state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and maintain case management systems.
- Communicate with clients and provide case updates.
Qualifications
- personal injury or civil litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong legal drafting and litigation support skills.
- Experience with medical records, e-filing, and case management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
