Our client is a growing boutique law firm seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its team in Arlington Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who can independently manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing with minimal supervision.
- Review contracts, title commitments, surveys, and related closing documents.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys throughout the transaction process.
- Prepare closing documents and ensure all closing requirements are satisfied.
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate transaction files.
- Communicate effectively with all parties to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
- Assist with post-closing matters and file management as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior residential real estate closing experience is required.
- Ability to independently manage a residential real estate file from start to finish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions.
- Team-oriented, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
