About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Representative to help individuals and families protect their financial future through insurance and financial planning solutions. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable educating clients on insurance products and long-term financial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess financial and insurance needs.
- Recommend appropriate life, health, disability, and retirement planning solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client base through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage, and financial planning strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Achieve sales and performance goals.
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Insurance licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
