Senior Financial Analyst (Onsite – Portland Metro)

A growing, multi-site manufacturing organization is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to support operations across multiple facilities. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with finance leadership, plant teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive better decision-making.

What You’ll Own

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites, including full P&L visibility
• Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reporting to senior leadership
• Analyze cost, margin, and operational performance—translating data into actionable insights
• Support variance analysis tied to production, labor, and overhead drivers
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and site leadership to improve profitability
• Contribute to capital planning, financial modeling, and ongoing process improvements

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of FP&A or finance experience (manufacturing or cost-focused environment strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to work with cost drivers, margins, and operational data
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to dig in and challenge assumptions
• Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance partners

Compensation & Highlights

• Base salary generally in the $83K–$115K range depending on level
