We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed company that has tripled in size over the past 6 years and is on track to double again in the next 3.

This is not a back-office FP&A role. You’ll be in the room with the CFO and leadership team, driving the financial narrative and helping the business make faster, better decisions.

What you’ll own

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations.

Key focus areas include:

• Build and scale driver-based forecasting models across revenue, bookings, and cash flow
• Create a SaaS operating model with visibility into retention, expansion, and unit economics
• Elevate management and board reporting from data gathering to decision-driving insights
• Translate operational performance into clear financial narratives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Partner cross-functionally on headcount planning, pricing, and investment decisions

• Forecasts leadership actually trusts
• Faster, clearer insights driving executive decisions
• Finance evolving from a cost center to a value creator
• Strong alignment between operational metrics and financial outcomes

What they’re looking for

• 8 to 12+ years in FP&A within SaaS or recurring revenue environments
• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company
• Proven ability to build models, reporting, and processes from scratch
• Strong executive presence with ability to tell the story behind the numbers
• Comfortable operating as a true business partner, not just an analyst
• Someone willing to get close to the business (customers, operations, GTM)
