Your role on the team

• : Monitor various invoice exceptions queues and resolve all issues preventing the invoices from being processe
• d.Supports Procure to Pay Accounts Payable on-boarding for invoice processing, utilizes imaging workflow capabilities and framewor
• k.Monitors vendor credit balances to ensure proper application and payment processin
• g.Utilizes AP systems to perform accounting uploads in a timely manne
• r.Provides weekly metrics on assigned exception queues, including identifying adverse factors and their cause
• s.Communicates regularly with teams and management on status updates, issues, and risk
• s.Researches and participates in special projects related to accounts payabl

e.

• d: Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experie
• nceKnowledge of accounts payable softw
• areExperience in Great Pla
• insPC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Ex
