  • te:Manage and ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the HR Functio
  • ns.Review and implementation of the HR policies, procedures and programs across the associate life cyc
  • le.This includes Associate Onboarding and Induction, Performance Management, Reporting and local legislations; as applicable, Learning and development initiative implementation, Compensation, Benefits and Policy administration, Rewards and Recognition, Implement Associate engagement framework, Associate retention, Associate communication, Monthly MIS and reporting to Business, Associate safety, welfare, wellness and heal
  • th.Evaluate the challenges inherent in the emerging business need and propose alternatives / solutions to the unit / HR Leadersh
  • ip.Drive the performance management system to align to business needs in addition to people needs; align goal setting to business outcomes and people drivers. Align normalization to reflect business performance, guide rating/evaluation to evaluate potential for grow
  • th.Design an HR dashboard to capture and highlight key statistics on a period basis as required by the unit, in order to communicate regularly with the stakeholders, the people health of the un
  • it.Guide and work with business and associates in driving Associate engagement and development initiatives in alignment with business outcom
  • es.Provide inputs to design Associate engagement practices which create a positive work environment and facilitate associate to perfo
