Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and LAN issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Active Directory, printers, and other hardware devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international voice processes and technical troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in desktop support, LAN troubleshooting, printer support, and basic computer hardware maintenance.
