The Role


Application Support engineer to provide L1/L2 support experience (shift based) in supporting banking Applications like Multibureau, PFMS , Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM, Govt schemes (APY, PMJJBY, PMSBY) etc running EOD/BOD operations, application monitoring, performing app deployments, middleware configurations etc

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in providing L1/L2 application support for retail banking applications like PFMS, Multibureau, AML, ADV, Onboarding, Banking systems, running EOD/BOD operations in CBS, performing application deployments, application middleware configurations, trouble shooting, log analysis, incident resolution etc

  • Exposure to WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, Grafana, and OpenSearch tools

  • Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking projects

  • Work closely with the business and IT teams to analyse business requirements, analyse and resolve production issues, root cause analysis, identify automation scope etc

  • SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution

  • Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
