Job Summary:

In this role, you will source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions. You will analyze resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, and assist with the selection process. Your work will contribute to bringing top talent to work for Bechtel, ensuring a competitive edge, and driving organizational growth.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing and pre-screening for a variety of positions, complying with company policy and government regulatory guidelines.
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the TA team
  • Acts as a liaison between candidates and recruiters
  • Analyzes resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducts screening interviews and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • May represent the organization at employment fairs, participate in campus recruiting activities, and/or build sourcing
  • pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools.
  • Search and build for diverse candidate pipeline and cultivate positive relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Sourcing of passive candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws & compliance requirements
  • Understanding of talent acquisition best practices
  • Strong communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills goals
  • Demonstrated understanding of functional organization, matrix structure and organizational culture
