Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring for the West Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh).

The role will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand current and future workforce requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and drive end-to-end recruitment across retail functions.

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and support functions across the region
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future hiring requirements
  • Source high-quality talent through multiple channels including headhunting, social media, referrals, campuses, and recruitment partners
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and manage assessment centres
  • Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer management
  • Coordinate appointment letters, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Partner with L&D and business teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring budgets
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners
  • Track and optimize recruitment metrics including cost-per-hire, TAT, and hiring effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Retail
  • Strong experience in volume and frontline hiring
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
