Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – SAP Hiring

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specializing in SAP hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding for SAP functional and technical roles. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously while ensuring a superior candidate experience and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP Functional, SAP Technical, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, TM, Ariba, IBP, BW/4HANA, and other SAP technologies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, networking, and vendor management.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and client interviews while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Coordinate pre-joining activities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP professionals across various experience levels.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closure ratio, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Maintain recruitment data and ATS records with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and organizational hiring standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus or lateral hiring drives when required.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share sourcing best practices.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment with strong expertise in SAP hiring.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SAP Functional and Technical modules.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Strong experience in salary negotiation and offer management.
- Ability to manage multiple critical positions simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for implementation, rollout, migration, AMS, and support projects.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience recruiting for global clients across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources are an added advantage.
