Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong expertise in developing AI-powered chatbots for customer support and service management.
- Proficiency in integrating various systems using ServiceNow's enterprise integration capabilities.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex IT asset management (CMDB) implementations.
