Role: Pl/SQL
Location: Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Pun,Hyderabad
Exp: 4-8 yrs
Mode of interview : Virtual
Must Have Skills:
- Production support – L2 ( Tech Stack: Unix, SQL, Mongo DB, open shift) . Monitor/Configuration alerts in ITRS.
- Autosys/ Scheduling Knowledge is must
- Incident management, Major incident management and Problem Management. Issue backtracking, facilitate resolution, root cause analysis. Follow up with development team for permanent fix
- Handling service requests. Interact with business users. Understand the problem and provide solution. Report generation
- Annual COB/DR testing. Adhoc special processing requests
- Open to work in Shifts and provide extended coverage.
Good to have:
banking domain knowledge.
