Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media, campaign management, lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to maximize ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation for maximum returns.
• Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Optimize marketing funnels to improve user engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, display advertising, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Advertising is preferred.
