Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a short-term assignment of 2-3 months. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with the hiring team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview processes
- Schedule and manage interviews end-to-end across multiple roles
- Ensure a smooth and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Assist in follow-ups, communication, and general hiring operations
