Purpose of Position
- A Graduate Engineer supports engineering, operations, maintenance, and project teams by applying basic mechanical engineering principles to real‑world industrial problems, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- We are seeking an experienced Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineer with a minimum of 0 to 1 years who will get self trained and trained by engineer in O&G, Steel plant equipment in inspection field like static equipment and piping.
- The role focuses on learning, execution, and technical development, with increasing responsibility over time.
- Eager to learn new things and take challenges.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
. Major Responsibilities
- Assist in design, analysis, and review of mechanical systems and equipment
- Assist in inspection history, operation parameters of mechanical systems and equipment
- Support in study of below and prepare the templates
- Engineering drawings
- Specifications
- Datasheets
- Calculation sheets
- Assist in material selection
- Filling of data loaders
- Participate in shutdowns, inspections, or maintenance activities, if required
- Observe and learn inspection techniques (VT, UT, PT, etc.)
- Follow applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, IS, etc.)
- Adhere to HSE rules and safe work practices
- Support preparation of inspection reports and compliance documentation
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety observations

. Qualification &Technical Knowledge
B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Metallurgy
- Minimum 0 to 1 years of proven experience in structural design, with a focus on solar and wind structures, and industrial structures.
- Strong understanding of topography, hydrology, and soil mechanics.
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting geotechnical reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience:
- 0 - 1 Years of experienc
- AutoCAD / Drafting tools
- MS Excel (engineering calculations)
- Any exposure to:
- SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / CATIA/ ANSYS / Abaqus (basic exposure is sufficient)
