What You'll Do:

• Mobile App Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework (iOS & Android).
• Feature Enhancement:
• Build new features and improve existing functionalities based on business and user requirements.
• UI/UX Implementation:
• Convert design wireframes from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI.
• API Integration:
• Integrate mobile applications with backend systems using REST APIs and services like Firebase.
• State Management Implementation:
• Implement efficient state management using BloC, Provider, GetX, or MobX.
• Performance Optimization:
• Ensure apps are fast, responsive, and optimized for performance across multiple devices.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Identify bugs, fix issues, and write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
• Follow clean coding practices, SOLID principles, and maintain reusable, scalable code.
• Version Control:
• Use Git for code management, version tracking, and collaboration.
• CI/CD Participation:
• Participate in build and deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and Backend Developers in an Agile environment.
• App Deployment:
• Manage app releases and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming for building scalable cross-platform applications
• Proven experience in implementing state management solutions such as BloC, Provider, GetX, or MobX
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and experience working with backend services, including Firebase
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns and adherence to SOLID principles
• Ability to transform UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD) into responsive, high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization to ensure seamless app performance across devices
• Proficiency with development tools such as Git, VS Code, Android Studio, and debugging techniques
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit/integration), and app deployment on Play Store/App Store
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality best practices
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
