Key Deliverables
- Oversee onboarding and account management activities for restaurant partners, maintaining strong relationships and managing performance.
- Review partner P&L, providing insights on performance opportunities and growth goals.
- Track and analyze weekly performance and growth metrics, providing feedback for course correction.
- Interact with internal teams (sales, partner support, finance) to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Structure commercial agreements and track partner performance.
- Track key metrics like Ads RPO, AOV, and operating hours of restaurants.
- Identify and recommend actions for growth by understanding competitor strategies and market dynamics.
- Leverage data insights (via tools like CMS, PowerBi, Salesmate) to monitor and improve performance across accounts.
