Key Responsibilities:
- Pan-India monitoring of labour, factory, environmental & POSH compliances (Plant Audits)
- Drafting, vetting & negotiation of contracts, NDAs, agreements & leases
- Handling statutory notices, inspections & legal correspondence
- Legal support in industrial relations, union matters & Labour disputes
- Litigation management & coordination with external counsels
- Land & property documentation and title due diligence
- Lead implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act across the group.
- Strengthening legal governance and risk management across plants
- Employment Laws, etc. and updates on legal trends with respect to manufacturing industry.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 - 12 years experience in a similar role, preferably with the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Industrial, environment and employment laws.
- Proven track record in contract drafting and review.
- Ability to manage compliance issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
