Job Details

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with privacy technology platforms such as OneTrust, Cookiebot, or similar, emphasizing AI Governance and PIA/DPIA processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in privacy compliance, including implementing and managing privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments within privacy management tools.
• Proven track record in developing and executing privacy compliance strategies, including executive reporting and product roadmaps.
• Extensive experience in privacy-focused project management, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on privacy and data protection objectives.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and the ability to configure privacy technology solutions to meet compliance needs.
• 4-6 years in roles focused on privacy technology, Technical Marketing IT or similar, with experience in cookie management systems and related analytics tools like Google Tag Manager.
• Skills :
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle AI Governance and PIA/DPIA configurations.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to connect with business stakeholders and work collaboratively as a team player.
• Education : Bachelor s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Additional : GDPR/ePrivacy knowledge is a bonus.
• Job Function System Management : Responsible for success and quality delivery of the OneTrust Cookie Consent Management system, including AI Governance and PIA/DPIA configuration and support.
• Vendor & Budget Management : Handle vendor relationships, support interactions, upgrades, updates, and budget management.
• Policy Integration : Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to integrate and operationalize cookie and consent policies, AI Governance, and PIA/DPIA processes within the OneTrust platform.
• Content & Customization : Create and maintain consent pop-ups, including content, translations, and customizations, while supporting AI Governance and PIA/DPIA documentation.
• Web Property Scans : Set up scans for new web properties to inventory cookies and troubleshoot with development teams.
• Deployment & Configuration : Generate OneTrust code for new web properties and configure settings in Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage cookie firing based on user selections. Support AI Governance and PIA/DPIA configurations as needed.
• Testing & Compliance : Conduct end-to-end testing of implementations, ongoing validation testing, and compliance checks, including AI Governance and PIA/DPIA validation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
