WRITTEN TEST
Round 1
  • Online Test is taken on HirePro or Talview
  • Test Includes Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning
  • Specifically A lot of Quantitative Data Interpretation Questions
Round 2
  • Video Round Questions
  • 8 Behavioural Questions are asked in which around 30 sec are given to prepare the answer, and 2 minutes are allotted for each answer. These answers are send to the ZS Interview Pannel

  • An experience where you had to handle a lot of database/Paper work
  • Guesstimates

INTERVIEW GUIDELINES

The interview round is divided into 2/3 Rounds

Round 1: Case Round
  • A business case study will be given where there will be 4 DI questions
  • We suggest to divide the time accordingly and go through all the questions.
  • After the case Study Around, A meeting will be set with an interviewer for around an Hour where each question will be discussed in Details.
Round 2: Behavioral Interview / Fit Round
  • Guesstimates/ Puzzle/Brain Teasers are the focus areas
  • Behavioral Based Questions will be asked to know how one reacts in situations

Behavioral / Fit Questions

  • Describe a situation where you were under pressure, how did you perform and what was the outcome.
  • Describe a conflict you had with your colleague and how did you solve it
  • Describe any situation when you pushed your limits to deliver a project on time.( better if the example is client specific or with a colleague)
  • Tell us a situation where you worked in a team and the challenges faced
  • Describe any situation where you faced a challenge and what approach did you take to solve it.
  • Tell us a situation where you took an unconventional method to solve a problem
  • Describe a situation when you did not agree with the opinion (or decision) of your superior or supervisor, and knew that they were wrong. How did you handle that?
  • Tell us about a time when you had to work on multiple projects simultaneously. How did you prioritize?

  • What would an excellent performance look like in this role?
  • What are your strengths?
  • What are your weaknesses?
  • What are your hobbies?
  • Why should we hire you?

MPLOYEE.ME TIPS
  • Analytical and problem solving questions are a must.
  • Business Case Studies: Prepare yourself well by practicing some Business Case Studies (Preferably Pharma related) and Data Interpretation Questions. Practice previous CAT Data Interpretition questions.
  • We suggest you to at least have a look at all the questions during Case study Around. It does not matter a lot even if your answer is wrong, the approach and how well you communicate the approach stands the weightage.
  • SQL basic questions can also be asked.
  • Guesstimates / Puzzles (Generally it's related to your hobby, e.g. Cricket - Kms a ball travel in a 20-20 match)
