A graduate of Punjab Engineering College, Palak began her career working with companies like Razorpay and o9 Solutions, where she gained experience across analytics, business operations, and problem-solving at scale. Before starting Mployee.me, she worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Razorpay and as a Functional Consultant at o9 Solutions.
Over time, she noticed that many qualified candidates were struggling to stand out despite having the right skills and experience. From ATS resume screening to keyword optimization and changing hiring trends, the job search process has become increasingly complex and overwhelming for candidates.
This led her to co-build Mployee.me along with Jatin Batra — a platform designed to simplify job searching through practical tools, AI-powered workflows, and actionable career insights.
