Job Description
The Ideal candidate will have five (5) years of construction project experience with a four (4) year bachelors degree in a related field to work as a Senior Project Coordinator in Miami while partnering with the team in NYC.
Day to Day to responsibilities will include

Assist in vendor onboarding by collecting, reviewing, and tracking required documenta - tionMaintain vendor information in procurement systems (Ivalua, Yardi) and ensure accuracy of d
- ata.Support RFP processes by gathering vendor quotes, preparing bid comparisons, and coordinating communication with suppli
- ers.Help coordinate site visits, pre-bid meetings, and clarification calls with vend
- ors.Track vendor compliance, insurance renewals, and performance metr
- ics.Assist in creating and maintaining procurement and estimating project schedu
- les.Track milestones, deliverables, and budget updates for active proje
- cts.Coordinate with internal teams (construction, legal, accounting) to ensure smooth project execut
- ion.Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for leadership rev
- iew.Gather and organize cost data from vendors and subcontractors for estimating purpo
- ses.Assist in preparing cost analyses and bid leveling sheets for management rev
- iew.Research market pricing and trends to support accurate cost estima
- tes.Monitor and manage procurement and estimating team inboxes, routing requests to appropriate st
- aff.Maintain organized digital records for vendor documentation, contracts, and project fi
- les.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as nee
ded.
