What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while owning key financial planning and analysis efforts:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Turn complex data into clear, impactful insights through reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Develop and enhance financial models to support business decisions and growth initiatives
- Analyze trends, performance metrics, and key drivers to guide leadership strategy
- Oversee cash flow, investments, and ROI analysis across projects
- Deliver thoughtful monthly and quarterly updates with forward-looking insights
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and scalability
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys influencing outcomes:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting fundamentals
- Advanced Excel skills with experience building sophisticated financial models
- Ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint/Word)
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating data into business insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
