Senior FP&A Analyst
Houston, TX | Growing Manufacturing Company
We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This high-visibility role offers strong exposure to leadership and opportunities to influence business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Analyze financial and operational performance, KPIs, and variances
- Partner with operations to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
- Build reporting and dashboards using BI tools
- Drive process improvements and support business planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or operational finance experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
