Role:


A senior leadership role responsible for the Financial Planning & Analysis function for Credera in North America, with material support to the broader global finance team. The role partners closely with the NA Finance Lead, the Executive Leadership Team, and regional finance counterparts to drive financial performance, planning, and decision support across the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the NA FP&A function, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and business reporting
  • Serve as a senior finance partner to the North America (NA) CEO and Regional Leadership Team on commercial performance, growth, and investment decisions
  • Manage and develop a team of FP&A professionals (FP&A Manager and FP&A Analyst)
  • Partner with the NA Finance Lead and Global CFO to establish and implement short and long-term financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the FP&A function
  • Own the NA FP&A calendar, including monthly reforecast deliverables, variance analysis, cash forecasting & working capital reporting
  • Lead the preparation of financial analysis and insights for the Executive Leadership Team and Omnicom performance reviews, including revenue, margin, utilization, headcount, pipeline conversion, and gap-to-close analysis
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of ad hoc requests from Omnicom
  • Own the annual budgeting process working closely with NA Leadership, Sector Leads and Operations team
  • Partner with the Global Chief People Officer and NA Finance Lead on headcount planning, hiring approval governance, compensation modelling, and incentive design
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and governance within the FP&A function.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team and partner with India Finance on shared service support.


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Team leader with a professional business acumen
  • A proven background as a strategic partner and business advisor to senior leaders
  • Must be able to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change
  • Ability to lead, react and respond effectively to stakeholders during presentation delivery
  • Ability to maximize the use of the team’s resources
  • Ability to serve as a role model for Credera’s core values and all consulting skills
  • Ability to develop lasting business relationships with client mid-management
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office
  • Experience with Oracle a plus


Education & Experience:


  • 10+ years experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Significant experience in FP&A or commercial finance leadership roles in an organization of relevant scale, scope, and complexity
  • Professional Services/Consulting experience preferred

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%.
