Title: Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 Depending on Experience

Month-End and Year-End Close

• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage deadlines effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Work collaboratively with the accounting team to streamline close processes and maintain strong communication throughout.

ERP Migration & Data Accuracy

• Play a key role in the transition from Microsoft Dynamics GP to NetSuite, supporting data review, testing, process alignment, and documentation.
• Verify the integrity and completeness of data across multiple entities, projects, and cost centers during migration.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues, inconsistencies, and data-related challenges.

Revenue Recognition & Project Costing

• Partner with operational and department leaders to support proper revenue recognition and project cost tracking
• Communicate with project and field teams to help ensure financial information is reported accurately and on time.

General Ledger Management

• Review and reconcile journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and other system-generated financial activity.
• Supporte the accuracy and maintenance of the general ledger across various entities and cost centers.
• Maintain a high level of detail and accountability in all areas related to financial data integrity.

Reconciliations & Financial Review

• Handle reconciliations for corporate credit cards, employee reimbursements, and vendor activity, including transactions processed through Ramp and similar platforms.
• Prepare account reconciliations, financial analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Help identify irregularities, trends, and process improvement opportunities through ongoing review and collaboration.

Audit & Compliance Support

• Gather audit support materials and assist with responses for internal and external audit requests.
• Maintaine well-organized files and schedules to ensure audit readiness.

Process Improvement & Internal Controls

• Support the enhancement of accounting procedures, internal controls, and system efficiencies to keep pace with company growth.
• Recommend and contribute to process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and team productivity.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and operations teams to improve reporting visibility and financial insight.
• Bring a team-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal communication, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
