Corporate Senior Accountant
A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations and reporting. This role contributes to accurate financial records, month‑end close activities, and GAAP‑compliant reporting while partnering with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Assist with financial reporting and audit support
- Maintain fixed assets and general ledger accounts
- Support accounts payable processing and vendor issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams on expense accuracy and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
- Experience in multi‑entity or complex environments
- Progress toward CPA or similar certification
