We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to manage fiduciary and client-related financial operations. This role oversees reconciliations, broker payments, and trust account activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit-ready records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-volume fiduciary bank and client account reconciliations

Manage FBO account funding and client reserve balances; investigate variances

Review carrier premium reconciliations and client invoices

Process broker payments and distribute recurring statements

Support contract asset and claims-related reporting

Maintain accurate records for payments, refunds, and claim activity

Partner with internal teams on client billing and year-end reserve processes

Oversee ACH setups and unclaimed property compliance

Drive process improvements and support system enhancements

Assist with annual audits and financial reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Experience improving processes through automation or AI tools

5+ years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit processes

Advanced Excel; ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate financial data clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
