Role Description The Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, the coordinator supports daily operational activities by managing customer orders, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation across systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners to align inventory availability with customer demand, monitoring stock levels, and resolving order or delivery issues promptly. The coordinator helps optimize supply chain processes by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to ensure timely, cost-effective service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders and to respond clearly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management and Inventory Management skills to coordinate order flows, manage stock levels, and help optimize warehouse and distribution processes.
• Candidates should possess general business and administrative skills, including proficiency with ERP or supply chain systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in sales support, logistics, or supply chain coordination is preferred but not required.
• Post-secondary education in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
