Role Description
The Sales and Service Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting team members to exceed sales and service goals. Daily tasks include coaching and mentoring the team, analyzing sales trends, managing store operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Sales and Service Lead will act as a role model for delivering exceptional client experiences, handling escalated customer concerns, and supporting the overall success of the store.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and achieve sales objectives
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating sales performance, metrics, and driving operational improvements
- Basic understanding of Finance to manage budgets, inventory, and support profitability
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
