- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
US: $124000 - $181000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
- Manage ad campaigns and relationships across Federal Government clients and their digital agencies.
- Drive adoption of Google’s full suite of products, with a focus on video solutions for brand and performance advertisers and programmatic opportunities.
- Identify opportunities related to new product launches and optimizations to support existing ad campaigns.
- Support media planning, performance specific reporting and measurement, create specific web and communication strategies for government advertisers.
