Financial Analyst

📍 Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) | Hybrid Schedule (4 Days In Office / Fridays Remote)

A rapidly growing organization in the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its expanding Finance team. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor and lender reporting packages
• Support GAAP-based financial reporting, variance analysis, and operating performance reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel techniques
• Update and support operating company financial tracking models
• Assist with financial documentation, reporting workflows, and process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic reporting initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, banking, or a related analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and financial reporting concepts
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis and modeling
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis preferred
• Exposure to investor reporting, lender reporting, or month-end reporting processes is a plus
• Experience with Power Query or similar data tools is beneficial but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
• Annual Bonus: 10%
• Full-Time, Permanent Position
