Finance Manager, Operations - New Opportunity in Columbus Area!
I'm partnering with a global logistics organization seeking a Finance Manager, Operations to support financial performance across a nationwide contract logistics network.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Partner with operations leaders to drive profitability and cost control
- Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Multi-site environment with strong exposure to operations and executive leadership
Requirements: 7+ years of finance, controllership, or FP&A experience; multi-site experience preferred. Logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience is a plus.
Base salary: $100K–$135K + bonus + comprehensive benefits
